Not enough employees, treat there employees like garbage. There no AC in there its really hot in the summer and they cant even fix there AC for there customer or employees and the wonder why no ones stays and work there. There always sold out not enough stock and demand.

My first (and last) time in the store. I ordered an item from Amazon and rather than have it shipped to my residence, I chose pickup at an Amazon locker located in this location. As a first time user and unfamiliar with the process I spoke to three employees (2 cashiers and a supervisor/manager) none of whom were able to assist me.
The supervisor/manager stated that the employees have nothing to do with the locker, that Amazon dropped it off at the store, and no one knows how it works. He said I had to do everything through my phone. Additionally, the Dollar Tree staff do not have any access to open the locker and retrieve a package for a customer. Talk about horrible customer service.

While putting my products on the conveyor belt the top came off of my bleach bathroom cleaner. The employees were more concerned about getting the bleach off the conveyor belt than even offering me a paper towel to wipe my face,eyes,hair,clothes off I was covered in bleach. I could’ve been blind but nobody was worried about that. They need to have a in service on customer care

Went in to return an item didn’t know you could not do returns so I grabbed some food items and tried to exchange and the manager was rude and did not let me know you can’t exchange food items for regular items ended up leaving very unhappy
