Over the years I have been shopping at the Dollar Tree. I like to shop at different locations and in my opinion the Dollar Tree on Granby Road in Chicopee is the best. The staff all around are excellent, they are so helpful and very nice. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Every time I go in there she is on the floor stocking, cleaning etc. you can tell she takes pride in her work. The store is so so clean and always fully stocked it really is a beautiful store it is impressive., I will never go to another Dollar Tree. So to Marium and her staff keep up the good work you are appreciated

Decent by overall area standards. Generally clean and organized. Staff seems burned out and can be a little less than helpful but are overall professional. The less than helpful part is probably the product of under training their staff.

Always clean, help is always nearby if needed everyone is knowledgeable and I have a pleasant exchange at register check out. I have to go with an A on this one.

I like and prefer this location. I utterly cannot stand the other Dollar Tree, Chicopee location. But truthfully, I was dissatisfied with my visit as a customer today. I had a list of stationery items (shopping for a 2 year old, stickers; coloring utensils) planning to make my trip brief. As I walked in, NOT 1 NOT 2 but 3 EMPLOYEES are taking up specifically that isle making it so uncomfortable to even browse with those big rolling shelves topped with boxes and boxes of unopened inventory. The employees were complaining how the store is so unorganized. Completely uncomfortable experience that I actually left the store because of.

What can you say? No dollars in the tree but hey they've got everything else you could possibly imagine and a bunch of seasonal stuff. So trick-or-treats Thanksgiving Christmas coming. They have a lot of little stuff I go there once in awhile
