Had an awful experience with this company, if you have the option I highly recommend to avoid as much as possible.
They made an appointment on Monday for Thursday, didn't show up, didn't even bother to notify me that the delivery wasn't happening that Thursday. 9 hours wasted waiting for this delivery.
Called the corporate to inquire about the delivery they called this branch and they didn't pickup, said they would call me the next day by 11am, they didn't.
Then right after 11am I get a text that my package which had signature required is out for delivery, less than an hour later I get another text that my package was delivered.
The package was left on my driveway without the required signature, on the rain with some plastic covering half of the box and the other half soaked.
The package weight was also very wrong on the shipment details, they said it weighted 340lbs, when in reality is less than 200lbs even with the pallet included.
If you are paying for shipping, you might want to double checked the weight is correct.

The Lady at the Dispatch, receiving is very rude, you work in Costumer service so show some Costumer service nothing more or less, if I as a Driver that is showing you Costumer service can sign all the pages,,you can do same thing and show Costumer service,and not give me a hard time, and no I wouldn't wait 2 hours for you to sign my paperwork,like you said! that is your job to show Costumer service.!

My impression after four deliveries: My driver is kind and understanding, with good energy and helps to put the skids where I ask him to.However, the dispatch center either doesn’t call to make an appointment, or calls to make an appointment with me that they cannot keep. When deliveries were made without me present, packages were damaged, and I had to sign for orders I hadn’t seen resulting in this issue. After the third time this happened, Estes finally fixed their system and called me to make an appointment for my fourth delivery. However, after the fourth delivery appointment time had come and gone, one of the dispatch people was quite frustrated with me, putting the blame on me and my lack of flexibility in my schedule. When I called back to get more information, I did get one kind dispatch person who was happy to help, but then the previous dispatch person jumped on the line to address me in frustration again.I’m quite new to receiving freight orders of this kind, so I learned todaythat Estes would expect me to wait for three hours once my appointment time had started. If they had communicated this to me, I would have given them a different day and time so that I would be available. And if it weren’t for damaged products showing up, I would have another staff member receive the order for me.I hope that in time, Estes can have more understanding and better communication with new customers; working with them so that they know what to expect with large orders. Again, the driver is great, which is why I’m giving this Estes location 2 stars. However, the dispatch center has some work to do on their customer service and fulfilling the very basic task of making appointments and keeping them so that they do not lose clients.If my experience improves (or frightfully, worsens), I will rewrite my review so that others can know what to expect from this Estes location.

We had a time sensitive delivery where once I received a tracking number was able to communicate with the local branch and Marie Clark did a nice job following up to get it here promptly. Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!
