Why does FedEx have so much trouble delivering to my address? My package was due a week ago and was finally out for delivery today while I was home and the driver marked it as business closed. I am here. Where is my package???

Always an issue with fed ex. Missed my delivery because it wasnt delivered in the time window and it was late. But they day before that they were right on time with my neighbors package. Always inconsistent and unprofessional drivers

Extremely rude employee, blocked my driveway and refused to move, purposely leaving me in the road and putting me in harm's way. What's even worse is that there is absolutely no way to report this. All locations have the same phone number that uses a voice control robot that doesn't work. No email. No way to contact someone from this site. Inexcusably awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shipped a passport to my daughter’s camp and the clowns lost it. Tagged as on a truck for delivery July 1st - nothing since (it’s now July 4th). Customer service is a joke, no one calls you back - I know it went on Angels truck but apparently it’s too much like hard work for someone at FedEx to call the driver and find out what is going on. First and last time I’ll ship with FedEx. Avoid avoid avoid

As I can see from my comments I am not the only one who feels they SUCK. Worst delivery company I have ever seen. They clearly do not know what they are doing . Someone has their head up their ass .

This place is a joke. The driver, I assume cannot read english as my package was delivered to someone else and not someone on my street??? Or the driver took a picture of it on his or her front stairs and stole the package. Seriously people. I hope the company I purchased from switches to UPS . I don’t have an issue with them. Pathetic FEDEX!!!!

They lied and said they tried to deliver 3 times when it was only 2 times they came. Package requires a signature and there is no option to pick up the package myself. Customer service did not help but kept telling me to contact the shipper. So I did and was told by the shipper it was going to be redelivered the next day. That day was yesterday… still waiting… I hate Fedex! Completely incompetent! Businesses need to stop using them!

Obviously there is theft taking place at this Fed Ex location. There are packages consistently being lost. Status shown as delivered when it has not been delivered. I called Fed Ex once the status of my package changed to delivered, when I had not received anything. Thirty minutes later the driver shows up at my house with one box, that’s clearly stamped 1 of 4 boxes. I asked the driver where are the other 3 boxes, he had no clue what was going on. Yes this place should be shut down !!

Took picture a package in front of my house put it 150 ft away at the end of my driveway next to a guardrail called customer care they did nothing told me to do a complaint somebody was supposed to contact me nobody has I am fed up with FedEx

My package lost with my e bike last scan was in Chicopee nobody knows where is my package samoene stolen I talk with manager he can't help very bad experience this location should be closed!!!!

I tried calling back phone # given and tracking number. Called and no one can help me get delivery of package. FedEx needs to get their Act together. Useless!!!!
