Awful experience. FedEd Ground delivered my package to the wrong address and refused to reimburse. I always try to use the United States Postal Service when possible. I hope more companies offer this as an option. Support the USPS.

Terrible service! Driver said wrong address on label but it's the same address they've delivered for years. Then they promised same day redeliver but didn't. Then told I have to pick up in chicopee. Drove 20 min for them to ignore the door bell. Customer pickup phone number at warehouse "not accepting calls at this time" FedEx sucks!!

No real people to talk to. Missing packages all the time. Awful. One good thing is that when they do find it they’re happy to tell you and talk to you. Before that, nope.

I've actually witnessed a driver throw a package out his truck window onto a driveway. They often like to claim people aren't home, but don't knock or leave a doortag.

The people in office are rude to their employees. I took the Worcester bus for the seasonal peak and I had to pick up my checks in Chicopee. The office ladies were very unprofessional and rude. Giving me attitude for not going through the right door. I don’t work here. Idk what door to use ??♀️ and they had lost my check for 4 days. I bet the lady i saw over the weekend just didn’t look properly because she seemed to hate her job and take it out on us. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Once again my package said it was delivered and it was not. I was home all day and no one came yet they marked it delivered and given to the resident.. I’m beyond frustrated with this company! And the worst is no one is taking accountability for these mistakes and customer service is a joke!

Never once lost a UPS delivery, but once again Fedex delivered to oblivion! "Signed for" by nobody that exists here. They drive by our business multiple times a day but manage to miss us? TERRIBLE service.

FedEx ground in Chicopee is horrible with deliveries!! They had my package out for delivery only to inform me it was delayed and will be delivered the next day. This happened 4 days in a row before it was actually delivered on the 5th day they had it. No excuse to take that long. Customer service is just as bad. I called on a Saturday and offered to pick up the package myself only to be told I could but not until Tuesday.

Had a signature package supposed to be delivered waited all day was outside when FedEx said they tried to come by and said no customer was there And they will try next business day which was a lie because I was home all day waiting for them they never came by lazy lazy lazyUpdate-package sent back to shipper because FedEx damaged it, Chicopee hub is the worst, they can’t even do there job right.

These are the worst drivers to deliver any package in the world! They can't read a label it says right side door on driveway! Not the front porch not the other side. Learn how to know which side is right and which side is left! Packages are always damaged!

The delivery folks are complete idiots. They can't find my front door when UPS, USPS and Amazon can. Call them up and you get a story about how sad they are, but nothing changes. Don't buy from anyone who uses them for delivery! Update - Amazon can't find my front door either.
