Ever since they started the trading card events, they answer the phones a lot less. Its a miracle if you ever get anyone there. Gamestop needs to step it up and always have 2 people on the schedule. This cheap way of 1 person only is killing the company.

This is a place my sons love. They were hard into the stock mart buy, buy, buy a couple years ago to save game stop. So was I. I con stores like these need to be saved. And we saved, and we go there.
