Danielle at the Chicopee MA store, did a fantastic job as usual. In fact I gave up my turn at getting a haircut by someone else and waited a little longer to have Danielle do the job.

I should have just stopped and had someone else do it. I even showed a picture of how I wanted it done and she just wouldn't do it. She had one idea in her head of how bangs look and would not cut my bangs how I asked. I now have super short layers on top. I wanted the whole bangs shorter, which she refused to do, just kept shortening the layers. I can't believe I paid for a cut and it looks so bad and my bangs are still too long.

i came back to get my hair redone after one side ended up being longer than the other. The woman who had did my hair wasn't there at the time. Danielle was there to assist me. She was very caring and very helpful with fixing my hair. She took the time to look through everything and not just the length that i had said was messed up. My hair looks amazing now and i will be going to her for future appointments!

The lady didn’t cut my hair correctly. She left my hair uneven and not professional. Didn’t sanitize nor clean after taking next customer. She also didn’t cut my friend’s hair correctly and this haircut was done in less 5 minutes and left me uneven and hair ruined. To finalize ruined my style and I can’t go out and be seen like this.

The girl who did my child's hair really screwed it up. My husband told her I should atleast not pay look at it. She admitted to having hard time on it but didn't refund is or fix it. Then had nerve to ask for a 10$ tip. Don't bring your children there these places like to think it's ok to be unprofessional. I took my son elsewhere and fixed it.
