I have been to Home Depot, Chicopee Ma a few times over the past 6 weeks. I received the beat customer service from a young man named JT! He was very knowledgeable, professional, asked all the right questions about the job I was doing in my basement. I am most grateful for all of his help. I hope Home Depot knows how lucky they are to have an employee like him! Kat Morris

I’m really new to shopping at Home Depot but the staff have been wonderful! I Mostly find what I’m looking after someone tells me the aisle it’s in, so do ask for help! JAIME was super helpful, informative and professional and really restored my faith in customer service.

My order was split between two different towns. Communication about how two different stores could not deliver my website order were no believable. My order was supposed to be left in front of my building to no avail. Two storage containers and a gallon of paint. Paid 9$ for delivery and they couldn’t honor my order. Really! I called a canceled the whole delivery. No more ordering through website after an 8 hour wait.

About Home Depot stores, the management in there may not be the ones that can really be responsible for something, nor other than the system can handle with. Even though the management lead would share some info, such as else where, that might be helpful for people to try for.

Was able to find everything I was looking for. Only problem I had was picking out the wrong size item. Had no problem doing a quick return with the receipt so I could get the next size up. Works perfectly now.

Not busy or crowded I was looking for a plumbers wrench and no assistance from employees not friendly unless you're familiar to staff sad for New customers not for me to go there trying Lowe's next time.

They have just about everything i need when I go there to get something. The only problem I have is you can't find anyone that works there to help you find what your looking for. I always have to wait in line at the service desk to ask them to get someone to help me

I had a broken key in my dead bolt. Zion, your key specialist, in the Memorial Dr., Chicopee store provided me with excellent service. He took time to try various methods to remove the remaining part of the key. Manny and Ian also provided assistance. I was impressed with all three of your employees. JHA, 7/14/23

My husband and I came to cash in on a 15% off in-store coupon we received and saw that this location had 11 units of a discontinued Home Depot-exclusive POLYWOOD chair that we wanted.Mary-Kate from the Customer Service desk helped us and was able to find only 2 chairs up in aisle 8. Unfortunately, we wanted a total of 6 so either the system was incorrect (as most retail stores' systems are) or the other chairs were unable to be located. They then tried to help order 4 more chairs online to ship to us but the system wasn't allowing them to since it is discontinued. They tried calling for a Manager on Duty but, like MODs at any company, they were unresponsive.Another associate, Luz, joined in by reaching out to another store in the area. We really wanted to give the sales to this location since they had spent so much time bringing down the chairs and since the system said there were 11 chairs at this location. Another associate, Kathy, came to help and was actually able to find 4 more chairs!Thank you thank you thank you for those who went to incredible lengths to help out! I hope someone from management sees this because the team was persistent, collaborative, and just phenomenal.

My go to place for anything construction related. The staff was very friendly and well knowledgeable as far as where what is in the store. Besides that, they really don’t know much…so don’t expect them to give you any construction/building advice. The pro desk also makes material invoicing a breeze, when your a business owner. Would recommend! ?
