Very Disappointed In The Service I Got Here. I Have Been Going To Pier 1 Plaza In Holyoke For 10 Years...Seen Karen Peery In Chicopee Due To No Availability In Holyoke That Day. I Have Always Gotten My Taxes Direct Deposit Into My Bank Account. ALWAYS. But For Some Reason Karen Told Me My Only Option Was The Emerald Card This Year!!!! Which Is NOT True. Smh The Fees On This Card Are Insane & I'm Just Super Disappointed With What I Have To Go Thru Now To Get ALL My Taxes OFF This Card & How Much I'm Going To Have To Pay In Addition To ALREADY PAYING THEM!!!! LoL
