Should have taken a photo of flat tire I had this morning. Apparently, per the AAA guy who came to fix my tire this morning, the guys at Jiffy Lube Chicopee must have broken the valve while topping off the air yesterday during oil change service. I was leery of going there but figured it’s close by I’ll give it a try. Never again. They got me for a few hundred. Knew I needed a battery n after showing me dirty filters I replaced those too. I’m not going to bother complaining to them because now I can’t trust them to even fix the valve. Hope they didn’t f up my car any other way🙁🤬😠

Generally professional and thorough here, BUT I was just told the front diff on my 2wd Ram was low on oil. Time to change my oil change.

Jiffy Lube in Hadley sucks it’s a franchise and locally owned by a company and all they do is push stuff. You don’t need like new batteries or antifreeze splashes which I had already done and I said I hadn’t. I will never go back there again.

Terrible service, rude, they will break pieces off your car and not tell you (like the hood release latch that I found under my seat) and they will leave oil all over your floors and steering wheel. They will also try to charge you for things you "need" but didn't ask for (and also really don't need)

Horrible experience. They didn't secure oil pan, lost all oil on highway. My mechanic stated that I had no oil, engine may be permanently damaged. Going to court. Transmission just failed today. They won't even call you back

Brought my company car to Jiffy Lube. Oil pan screw cross threaded. Got vehicle up on highway. Engine seized up about 3.5 miles into trip. NO OIL LEFT! Had to bring suit against company. Bench verdict made for my company!

Day two after an oil change oil was spotted on my driveway only to find out the oil leaked because they neglected to tighten the pan plug.... almost cost me a new engine. destroyed my under carriage and driveway with oil smell throughout the vehicle. Requested a call after it was corrected from "Vinnie" the so called district Manager... day 5 he has not the courage to call me...and has instructed his people not to solicit his phone number.
Well Vinnie why not call me, you know who I am, and we need to talk about how I missed family time, damage to my driveway, out of pocket to replenish the engine with oil to get it safely back to your shop, and the potential of pre-mature engine wear.

The most disgusting experience I have ever had! Took my car for an oil change 3/2/24. Fast forward a few months, car dies. I have it towed to a mechanic to which they say, "your engine seized due to no oil. You haven't changed your oil in 1.5 years". I say that is impossible as it was changed just a few months ago (this started in July). July 18th - this location is notified of the error. I was told by the store manager, Dan, who was very kind, that a 3rd party would be going to inspect my vehicle at the mechanic. Fast forward to today, 3 weeks after notifying the store of this - my car has not been inspected. District manager is not helpful. I would never recommend Jiffy lube to anyone!!!!
