“I had missed my package today for my work from home job that needed a signature due to the driver not following delivery instructions. I was so upset and wasn’t sure I would get my computer in time for my start date. I went to the UPS store for help and I was helped by Tiffany. She really showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to contact the needed parties to help me get my package. I really appreciate her and UPS is lucky to have her as an employee.
