The sale went very smoothly. No pressure from the salesman, no attempt to up-sell. Ordered mattress on Friday and had it by Sunday. The two delivery men were polite and professional even at the end of a long day. 5 star purchase.

Excellent service provided by Brian. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We tried the different mattresses and adjustable bed frames at our pace. He explained which combination would help with different health issues; such as side sleepers, leg, neck or back pain. Brian never rushed us or pressured us and we are very satisfied with the combination we chose. We highly recommend Brian and Mattress Firms great selection.

Great customer service, Michael was excellent! Our experience couldn’t have gone any better! We shopped around all day and no one came close to the customer service, knowledge and price. Process was fast and easy and by the time you know it. We were walking out of the store with our new mattress already scheduled to deliver within days. Highly recommended!!!!
