DL greeted me as soon as I walked in, let me know if I had any questions he would be happy to answer them which he did. I had a lot of questions regarding the right mattress for me as I suffer from back pain and he answered all of them. Couldn’t be happier!!

Purchased the Stearns and Foster Estate mattress at MatressFirm in Chicopee. Excellent choice of mattresses and excellent service. DL was our salesperson. DL was knowledgeable on all the products offered and a gentleman as well. No “ pushy” sales routine. I would definitely recommend DL if you are in need of a mattress. By the way MatressFirm’s prices appear to be lower than the competition from what I researched.
