“We needed a specialized bed for our 5yo daughter. After doing a search for vendors for a Cubby Bed, we found they carried them. From start to finish, the company helped us more than we could have expected! We thought it was going to be 24-30 weeks before we received the bed. We’ve heard horror stories about getting insurance to authorize equipment like this. It only took us a month and a half from start to finish to receive the bed. It was painless, they worked with our pediatrician and the manufacturer. We did very little in the process. Our insurance was even taken care of with them, we didn’t have to reach out once! They even delivered and set up the bed in our home. Compared to their other competitors in the area that we’ve tried working with, National seating and mobilities customer service can’t be compared. Blew everyone else out of the water. It was such a good experience and we’d never use anyone else. Can’t thank them enough for all the help!”
