Great staff and customer service!! Gleb walked us through the process and explained everything throughly. The team did a FANTASTIC job with the roof replacement and the clean-up! My only regret is not calling NOVA sooner!

Edit: We had the roof done yesterday, and the whole process was great. The crew was professional and fast. The owner stopped by afterwards and went over some details about our new roof, which was really nice. Would highly recommend this company.

Nova replaced my sliding glass door and did an amazing job. Very impressed. The attention to detail in the finished product (the trim, the fit and finish) and not to mention the availability of the crew. They worked very quickly and were done in a few hours never mind the reframing that was necessary. I would highly recommend Nova.

I have a VERY large roof. I was told this was a 2 day project, to no surprise. I cannot tell you how wild it was to see the roofing crew tear up the old roof and install the new one and fully clean up IN ONE DAY. The new roof looks great. Thanks.

Their solicitor violated our no soliciting/no trespass signs. Also looked into our windows scaring our kids. The owner has yet to call to apologize.

I never usually write reviews, but couldn’t go without sharing the recent experience I had with Nova Home Improvements. After recently finding out that I needed my roof replaced, I contacted several local home improvement companies in my area to get estimates on my roof and scheduled appointments. Nova Home Improvement was a call I received regarding my roof submission. I spoke with an extremely polite and knowledgeable young woman named Jamiley. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in her role. Very personable and easy to talk to. Although I did not move forward with the company, I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a quote for any home improvement work! Thank you again Jamiley!

Had a good experience working with Nova. We needed a full re-do on our siding and reached out to many companies. Nova was reasonable with pricing and offered a good product with good warranties and financing. Murray was knowledgeable and answered all our questions during estimating. They were quick to get the estimates done and work scheduled, and were very quick to respond to questions while the work was being done. Andrei was available to discuss any issues along the way and assured us everything will be done as needed.
We went from rotted wood and beige siding to everything sealed up with a nice new midnight surf siding. Thanks!
