Nova has communication issues between owner, sales rep, office, installer, and general manager.... each of them interacts independently with the customer, but not with each other. Documentation is limited, no invoices, only a contract, payment to the installer, not the company, job completion signature required but not explained, etc.However...the installer and helper did an magnificent job on a patio double door slider replacement...working quickly efficiently.I highly recommend the quality of their work, and suggest they need more communication coordination between themselves and the customer.

John was friendly and detailed about the process and details of the roofing. We are looking forward to our new roof. Edit: We had the roof done yesterday, and the whole process was great. The crew was professional and fast. The owner stopped by afterwards and went over some details about our new roof, which was really nice. Would highly recommend this company.

Never even bothered to respond to request for a quote. Very unprofessional. At least a thank you but we're too busy would be nice.

Our home’s exterior was in desperate need of repair. It had the original wood siding that was degraded and damaged. I met with many contractors but Gleb at Nova stood out. He was extremely professional and was able to showcase the high quality materials he would be using for siding the house and protecting the exposed wood. Not only did he listen to our requests but pointed out other things that he would improve, very honest man. The crew that did the work did a fantastic job they were clean and very detailed. Gleb really goes above and beyond and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good home improvement company to call them. Lastly, Gleb wants to see the project done right and will be there to fix anything that is wrong. I look forward to doing more business in the future with Nova Home Improvements.

The owner was extremely professional. Answered all my questions in a timely manner.His crew was extremely efficient and the cleanup was immaculate! They were done in a week and they left like nothing ever happened. Very respectful.The siding job was incredible. His team took very good care of all the fixtures, plants, fencing etc. Very little disturbance to our property.Highly recommended! Will be working with again on future projects.

I highly recommend Nova Home Improvements. The crew worked very hard and did excellent quality work, especially the trim and soffits. Gleb and his crew were awesome! After I contacted him because my roof was leaking, he came out very quickly, showed me the products he is using (GAF shingles and line of products), his qualifications, and submitted immediately his highly competitive proposal. He was then able to schedule the re-roofing super quick. His crew worked tirelessly to remove 3 (!) old layers of shingles, put up new plywood for the roof, and the main new roof in one day! His crew came back for the roofs over the porches and the garage a second day, and another crew came out a third day to replace the old gutters with new ones. Everything was handled very professionally and highly recommend working with Gleb and his crews! Thank you for a job so well done!Services: Roof installation

Nova was great. Needed a new roof and Nova was there within a week. The crew arrived right on time and were very courteous, clean, and efficient. They did a wonderful job with the roof and were done and out in one day. Everything was cleaned up and put back just the way it was in the morning.
