I came to this branch because it was highly recommended. I was told correctly. This was my second time at this branch. I love it and I told them so. Whenever I think of banking, I think of this branch. The kindness and smiles are worth the distance. I love you M&T.

Horrible customer service, also waited in the drive through line for over 45 minutes, other vehicles were accumulating behind us. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They need to do better.

I never thought I would have a problem with a bank like ive had in the past few months they are jokes. They are not responsible for anything all the female employees there are stuck up A holes and think they can just ignore u and wont even look at u while doing it. So basically there was a few thousand in the bank then I had another good amount go in so without telling me they froze my account and I would never have known but I went to withdraw money and they wouldnt do it so I go to the bank where I'm met by the rudest people I've ever met. So after complaining and telling them I'm going to write a bad review they sent out the manager I'm assuming so he helped me and said we should b good and now more money was being deposited and it was rejected so now I cant even put money into my account thats just 1 problem ive had in the list of problems since they switched from United to peoples united. Don't keep your money in this bank they will lose it or screw u over another way. Oh yeah I almost forgot they also told me I couldn't take out 5k cuz they didn't have that much in there bank account. So I have more money in my account then they have in the bank that doesn't male sense and I'm pretty sure thats illegal
