Spoke to a very rude and condescending woman who from what it sounded like was from Australia, couldn't quote a price on any type of storage simply because nothing was available, was price shopping for comparisons, said this was common practice, but out of over a dozen of storage facilities that I called EVERY ONE Of them was able to quote me an exact price per month.... only one star because zero is not an option...

I would give negative five stars. Our unit along with many other units were all broken into. They snapped all the hardware off so you can't secure the unit. Was told they broke in at 3am and no one contacted us till late afternoon. The staff was rude and not empathetic at all and gave very little information. My son passed away less than a year ago and his stuff was in with the stuff that was taken. I highly do not recommend this place if you value your things.

A family member recommended this storage to me and I really liked the place. It is located in an area that is quiet and safe and the surroundings are totally clean. The person who helped me spoke Spanish and was very kind to us, her name is Ivy. She also helped me with the storage app. I recommend it ?!

Kay was very helpful in setting me up with my storage unit. She showed me a couple of different units to choose from. Also, Kay was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I highly recommend!

I've been at this place for quite awhile with a storage unit and the employees are always so pleasant and helpful! The place is kept clean and safe. They always give you great service and answer any questions I have and if they don't know the answer at that time they will get an answer for me and either email me of call me.

Ivy is very kind and informative, she let me see two storage units before deciding which one to get. She is very patient. Because I was already stressed, I couldn't sign in and finish the reservation she took her time and made the reservation and helped me unlock my profile. Then was able to sign in to the public storage app. Thank you Ivy! Great help and made me want to do business with Public storage.Go see Ivy in the Chicopee location. Thank you!
