Like everything in this world the cost has gone up and customer service doesn't exist. The boots themselves are still built with quality. But the fact you have no one there to help you out is frustrating. I told the guy what I wanted. I was sent home with a list of numbers to type in the search bar and pick a boot. After about 45 times I started to get really frustrated because the whole list was pretty much discontinued. I guess maybe if I find a pair on ebay used I'll own a pair. But as far as walking in that store again dealing with that. Forget it.

Went online before going there and knew exactly what we wanted to buy. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

Went to Red Wing for the first time the other day and was an awesome experience!! Staff was very pleasant especially Jennifer Truddell-Marosits she helped us and got our feet measured which was the coolest thing ever!! Sbe was so nice and we appreciate her help! Wr gave her a candle for your amazing customer service!100% recommend this boot store. Very great quality boots and friendly environment! Love our new boots!!

The workers were nice enough but they use that stupid machine and then tell u tht your wrong about your own size. I ve been in a 12 my whole life and was given 11.5 .This was after the women said one of my feet were longer . I asked for a 12 to try to no avail. So now I have boots I can t wear and they wouldn t exchange. I guess I should ve went to Timberland or a different company. I extremely pissed of that I was pretty much talked into the wrong size . Then the company wouldn t reply to my calls. Thank for nothing

I was so impressed by Alysha I have to give a shout out. We showed up at very close to closing time (not my fault, nor do I condone this behavior! but..) and she welcomed us in. She was very helpful and extremely informative regarding footwear and socks. Working in customer service myself, I am absolutely impressed and appreciative of such an outstanding employee. Thank you again Alysha, you're a shining star!

great experience !! I was impressed with new "redwing" technology . I went on a weekday to avoid weekend crowds. It was definitely busy but your sales associate was awesome! My buying trip went quick and orderly. The "redwing" way of doing business is topnotch! Well trained people , great products , a company standing behind what they sell. I know quality cost and " redwing" prices are at the high side of what I"ve encountered , that being said please consider to have your products made in America. I truly feel your sales would only increase and more jobs in our USA is good for everyone !!

Tony is a footwear guru, he was by himself and still managed to be a phenomenal help to myself and the three others that were in the store simultaneously. Would recommend to anyone

I don’t usually leave reviews but Tony was very helpful so I wanted to give a shout out. I came in a couple months back interested in Iron Rangers. I’m not a boot person let alone heritage boots, which are expensive and a daunting first time purchase. Tony was very helpful with sizing, patient, and didn’t pressure a sale. He also happened to be wearing IRs so it was nice to get his real thoughts and feedback.

I came into the store with no expectations, and I was greeted by one of the best sales associates. Down to earth and very intelligent towards the product line, he was able to help me quickly and easily help me. He patiently explained the process - measuring etc. and had a "no pressure" attitude which I really appreciated. A+++
