“I have been going there since day one that they opened and I do not do that because of blind loyalty, there are other choices. I do it because the group that works and owns the place will bend over backwards to help you out. Getting there late after they are closing, they will wait for you. Need something on a day they are closed, they will come in. They were the last scuba shop opened in the area at a time when others were closing and they are the only ones open now. Throughout the years because of my young age at the time I had been dismissed and talked down to by staff of various area dive shops and beyond, but never at The Waters Edge. I am happy they are still around and it's a testimony to all that work there. Highly recommended.”

“My husband absolutely LOVES this place. Its more geared for younger men, ( skinny jeans) but he always finds something he likes. Their xl in women's is quite deceiving. Especially if you have curves in the back... but I tend to find several things there also. Staff is friendly. Prices are great”

“I am really surprised by some of these ratings. I have been buying from ruggers for a long time. I have never had anything but positive experiences with this company. Especially the customer service. They've even helped me out as much as they could when it was my error that caused the problem. I love that I get multiple emails telling me what's going on with my order. I'm ordering from NJ just purchased something yesterday (Monday) and already got updates that it's on its way and should be here Wed. THATS FAST! I would encourage anyone to use this company. I am a coach with two sons playing Rugby, I have never had a parent tell me they had a bad experience with Ruggers. Keep up the good work.”

“They recently moved into the old Christmas Tree Shops spot at Holyoke Mall. I entered the store only because I was nostalgic for Christmas Tree Shops. As I walked around I was amazed at the amount and selection of their merchandise. This is a huge area and every inch of space was filled and well organized. There seemed to be no end to it.The employees were super nice and helpful. The cashier was very friendly. I could have stayed all day to talk with her, but other customers came in .”
