Been in line for 30 minutes while they choose to run 1 register & have 3 employees walking around the store, refusing to open another register. Make it make sense, where is the manager?

The customer service is horrible. My wife had to wait 20 minutes for help, even though the person behind the counter promised to help her. Worse yet, there were people just standing around neglecting her. It's a disgrace. Where has the good customer service gone?!

Always appreciative of the speedy service provided at this store. Any time I’ve ever needed anything done on the fly they have helped me with no issues and even provided me with my materials faster than i expected. All the staff are super helpful and kind. They take the time to make sure you find what you’re looking for and if not in store they will assist with ordering online. I recommend this location.

I went to Chicopee plaza Thursday night (I wrote a review for all the stores I went to if you want the lowdown) I must say Staples was BY FAR the best store experience in that plaza. I did an amazon return, the guy who did my return was very nice. I got a 10$ off 30 dollar coupon so I got Paper Towels and some pens, the same guy at amazon helped me find the pens. Everyone just seemed happy (big difference from Walmart) I will 100% be back as I was told by same guy he/ Staples also offers a service where they can clean computer out for junk files ect for free. So basically 5 below and Staples are the best in Chicopee Plaza.

I live in CA. and when I'm in town taking care of my elderly father, sometimes for months at a time, I count on Staples to help me to continue running my two small businesses from afar. Tonight I had help from Will to buy a new cordless phone for Dad's house, a cable to connect my laptop to Dad's monitor, and headphones. Will was super polite and knowledgeable. I know some folks like to diss on these big stores, and sure, they could be more densely staffed, but what store today couldn't be? Bottom line is that the people I have met at Staples are invariably supportive and patient with both me and my father (a big fan of the copy/publishing department for help with his writing handbook). Thanks.

Not what it used to be. The print team used to be great. I've been placing large business orders here since 2017 but the customer service continues to take a nose dive.The last straw for me was when I submitted an order on a Monday morning that was supposed to be done by end of day only to get a call mid morning on Tuesday to find out that there's an issue with my design. The real kicker is that it's a design that I've submitted countless times and have had no issues with…I would've appreciated the call within the timeline that I requested so I could've gotten my order and not missed my deadline.To top it off- Katie ignored my comment about the past deadline and insisted the design was incorrect in such an off-putting, rude tone that I felt not only inclined to bring my business elsewhere but also to write this review.Taking my business to West Springfield moving forward.
