About Home Depot stores, the management in there may not be the ones that can really be responsible for something, nor other than the system can handle with. Even though the management lead would share some info, such as else where, that might be helpful for people to try for.

I had a broken key in my dead bolt. Zion, your key specialist, in the Memorial Dr., Chicopee store provided me with excellent service. He took time to try various methods to remove the remaining part of the key. Manny and Ian also provided assistance. I was impressed with all three of your employees. JHA, 7/14/23

My husband and I came to cash in on a 15% off in-store coupon we received and saw that this location had 11 units of a discontinued Home Depot-exclusive POLYWOOD chair that we wanted. Mary-Kate from the Customer Service desk helped us and was able to find only 2 chairs up in aisle 8. Unfortunately, we wanted a total of 6 so either the system was incorrect (as most retail stores' systems are) or the other chairs were unable to be located. They then tried to help order 4 more chairs online to ship to us but the system wasn't allowing them to since it is discontinued. They tried calling for a Manager on Duty but, like MODs at any company, they were unresponsive. Another associate, Luz, joined in by reaching out to another store in the area. We really wanted to give the sales to this location since they had spent so much time bringing down the chairs and since the system said there were 11 chairs at this location. Another associate, Kathy, came to help and was actually able to find 4 more chairs! Thank you thank you thank you for those who went to incredible lengths to help out! I hope someone from management sees this because the team was persistent, collaborative, and just phenomenal.

one of the night staff manager (Paul) is very unprofessional. he is very rude to his staff and treats them poorly. the staff are what makes your business run and treating them poorly is unacceptable.

First of all the people working here are the rudest bunch as a** hats I've encountered at a Home Depot. Secondly, this store refused to give me a military discount, something I've gotten for the last 26 years. I spoke to a manager that stated HD how requires you to register and your limited to $400 annually in military discount. You know who doesn't do this? LOWES! Guess where I'll be spending my MILITARY pay from now on? Not Home Depot. And definitely not in this store. Horrible, horrible service. There's a Lowes just 4.5 miles away, go there!

Worst company ever. bought a 3 piece appliance package. The delivery company said the fridge won't fit and left it in the hall entrance of my 2 family. when I saw the fridge in the hall I called to have it removed due to it is blocking the exit for my tenant. the company moved it to the front yard and that's where it sat for 2 days. It has been 2 weeks since they removed the fridge from my yard and still have not refunded my $1100. If I could give zero stars that would be to may. Worst service throughout the entire company.

900 employees but no one to help - they spend their time congregated and not helping customers. Second time trying to get a key made in 2 days. Will just drive to ACE in East Longmeadow.

The staff will make an effort if you ask. Sometimes. This is the only reason I give this store two stars. Otherwise the stock is poor, the quality is horrible and the garden section is a mess. Things are poorly stocked, poorly labeled, rusty, dusty, and broken, generally. The employees won't offer to help unless you flag them down, but they do try to help when you ask. But even they can't deal with the fact that the stock is just really poor and badly maintained.

Never had any issue until today. I need some work done to my garage and I wanted to speak to someone about having a contractor come to my property. No one was at the desk so I waited. Not a problem, the store was pretty busy. A gentlemen walked up to me and asked if I needed help, i said yes. He pointed me to the fellow who sits at that desk and said he will be right over, I'll tell him you are waiting. The associate did this and the older fellow without hesitation looked at me and said "Let him wait". I've spent thousands here as I've been a homeowner for nearly a decade now and they are located fairly close to me. This is unacceptable and will not be doing any business with this store.

If I could rate this experience with less than one star, I would. I took my 1.9 yr old Toro lawn mower to Home Depot for what I thought would be a warranty repair, which I was told would take 2 weeks. Three and a half weeks later, and after a charge of $44, the machine was returned to me. I was informed that all they did was rinse the blades. Because they had the mower so long, I had to rent one (from Taylor Rental) ... so in effect rinsing my lawn mower cost $70. There are so many ways to avoid this terrible treatment of customers... hire more help in the summer, review repair needs and let the customer decide whether to have another company perform the work, or allow customers to check in online to get a realistic estimate of the wait time. Needless to say, I wouldn't benefit from these improvements because I won't be taking my business to Home Depot for awhile. A very long while.
