Jesse at the Chicopee TFT has to be the most personable rep I have ever met there.It was nice to meet a young man who was so knowledgeable AND professional. I would recommend working with him to anyone needing tire services.

Walked in right when they opened not expecting to get new tires today. Was more interested in getting scheduled and a good product. I had a flat spot that was self induced, very annoying so I was interested in some new tires. I was greeted by Steve, very nice and accommodating sales man. He took my car in at 8am. 4 brand new tires installed. Mounted, balanced and an alignment as I wrote this review from my drivers seat at 8:55am. This is my second time at this location. I drove from Suffield because I had a great experience the first time. They’re batting 1000% now. I’m happy and back on the road in under an hour. Thank you!

Jesse worked with us and he was amazing. He helped us find the best tires for our car, at the best price. They even had a $100 rebate on them and was sure to provide me with everything I needed to process it. He gave us great customer service and helped us get in and out of the store very efficiently and told us all about all the services that were provided with the purchase. We will always go back to Town Fair in Chicopee and ask for Jesse when we need tires.

Jesse the employee that helped me out identified my issues with my tires very quick and easily. They were able to save both of the tires I brought in to be patched, very affordable services and they were done and I was on my way quickly.
