I think that the prices are a bit high for the sizes of the storage units but besides that the door card has never worked right and how payments work wasn't fully explained. So I had to pay a fee believing that they had taken the payment off my card on file. Read the FINE print !

Getting propane, had to go inside to be greeted by worst employee ever whining about having to do do anything. Most of the time people there are great though.

This is the worst place ever I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone, they are way overpriced and it is a hassle to returned the unit, they want you to take pictures of the unit when you empty it out drive back to show them on your cell phone when they have employees that work there and can check the unit and know that it is vacant they are way way overpriced, if you want a cheaper unit public storage gives you the same units for half the price. Smh.....

I've had a storage unit with U-Haul for about 4 years I want so bad to clear the unit which I have plans to do in the next couple days I was given a unit with a big Pole blocking the corner of my unit they wouldn't discount me I'm having a problem finding another unit they are clean I don't think you should have to pay to get in after hours they charge about $5 to get in up until 10 after closing and $10 for 24 hours I think they charged enough for the unit itself we should have access to our belongings 24/7 without having to pay extra money for an access card I've seen other storage where you pull up and they give you a code to open the gate and you drive in that's the only downfall U-Haul does have and I ran into a problem renting a truck it was a black woman working that told me I was too late when it was the second time to return for this truck but rented to the black woman behind me I waited outside and saw her leave with the van that I should have been driving away in this location was Boston Road in Springfield Massachusetts the situation was reported I don't know how it was handled
