“I bought a reconstructed Elantra from this used car dealer on 3/31/23. Before the sale I had my mechanic check it out; he drove it, and suggested breaks and a tuneup, that the dealership agreed to. Later, I thought there was a problem with the breaks. That was not the case, but something minor and they solved that problem. Throughout the negotiations and after, the fellows, Dave and Pete, were reasonable. So far so good.”
“Overall a stress free experience.
First of all there is no high pressure sales,he gives you your space.Matt is down to earth,really easy to communicate with.
Secondly He lets you spend as much time inspecting and test driving his vehicles off site.I inspected and drove 3 vehicles in 1 day.I also looked at cars from several other dealers and private party car owners.I decided on a Honda CRV.
We negotiated a price and Matt took care of the registry ,I picked it up from him, plate on,It was professionally detailed inside and he even gave me cash to top off the gas.
Thirdly When I left I noticed 2 things
brakes and some vibrations at highway speeds.
After bringing it back.He drove the car.He did a complete brake job,Rotors and pads.
He also got it up to highway speed and agreed with the shaking and the mechanic inspection indicated axle issue. Within 2 hours I had a new axle installed and the problem was fixed.Parts were in stock.Two issues dealt with promptly.
Bottom line is I bought my CRV from Matt because he is down to earth,no pressure,backs up his vehicle,and doesn't forget you when you drive your car off his lot.
