βWhen I have a. Emergency problem, Kevin the owner of KLM always finds time to take my truck into the shop. This time he fixed a Tyrod on my vehicle fix the alternator and make sure it was safe to drive. He even stayed after hours to make sure I had a ride home in my own vehicle..β

βCity Tire on Memorial Drive in Chicopee is awesome. From Mike and Justin and staff you are treated with respect and great service. I had more problems than you could imagine with my tires and rims. I finally went there and Justin and Mike were super friendly and got me all straightened out

βErnie's is a good place to go for regular maintenance or repair services! Ernie is the owner an you deal directly with him. I have gone here for years. I had a dealer try to take advantage of me and claimed my car needed $1500.00 worth of repairs to pass inspection. I brought my repair list and estimate to Ernie. He went through everything and fixed what needed fixing and car passed inspection perfectly. My Bill with Ernie was half what the dealer wanted. I swear by Ernies and highly recommend this place!!β

βMark was willing to take on my leaky 1969 AMX when others wouldn't touch it. He did an excellent job on all seals and gaskets. He had to pull the motor to accomplish this . I can now park the car on asphalt without leaving a trace of oil anywhere. He also tuned the car to optimum performance. Thank you so much Mark!β

βJust got my first car here. Great customer service. They gave me a 30 days insurance with the car. Honest and friendly people. Would recommend this to anyone who is getting their first car, they would teach you about everything you need to know when buying a new car. Recommend this for high schooles and first time buyers.β
βToo expensive!! I know these small convenient stores charge more than grocery stores but i noticed a lot of these stores run by one of, different ethnic background seem to charge quite a bit more than others. & also depending on whos working @ the time prices always vary ea visit! Charge u what they want ea time! Most stores if total comes to 2.01$ or $2.02, $2.03, they take from penny bowl. No they dont do that. They want u to pay the exact amount! But wont give back when its your change. Ive even had them not give back when change was a nickle! That can add up after a while. Nites I have driven by & their closed already! Or when in store thell say hurry hurry cuz your out of their site! I just dont care for the stinginess & changing prices when they feel like it! They r nice enough there..when u have reg neighborhood loyal costumers. Treat them w some respect! Dont try to get over on them! Makes u not want to go there!!β
