“Ernie's is a good place to go for regular maintenance or repair services! Ernie is the owner an you deal directly with him. I have gone here for years. I had a dealer try to take advantage of me and claimed my car needed $1500.00 worth of repairs to pass inspection. I brought my repair list and estimate to Ernie. He went through everything and fixed what needed fixing and car passed inspection perfectly. My Bill with Ernie was half what the dealer wanted. I swear by Ernies and highly recommend this place!!”

“I can't say enough about MSA! I had a really bad brake leak today while driving in chicopee, and I made several phone calls trying to find a shop that could take me in last minute, especially not knowing the extent of the damage. This shop went above and beyond letting me come by with my vehicle so last minute at 10am when they were already so busy. They took a different car off the lift and got mine in right away given my emergency. They gave a me a very honest and reasonable estimate to not only fix the problem but get some necessary brake maintenance done for the long term. They had my car fixed in 4 hours and texted me when it was all done. The entire crew over there is fun, engaging, and just an all around great group of guys who won't steer you wrong. Definitely will have my business going forward and will be recommending all my friends and family go there as well.”
