Very well-kept post office with friendly and knowledgable staff. It was my first time renewing a passport by mail and I wasn't sure what to do. The clerk not only helped me with my passport photo, but checked to make sure my documents were in order and mailed the application out for me. That kind of attentive service is hard to find these days.

Receive other people’s mail almost daily. Keep receiving late charges on credit cards because they are being delivered elsewhere! No wonder they lose millions every year!!!! Horrible service!!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🙁🙁🙁🙁

I have never in my life had my mail stolen more than I have since moving to Chicopee. Bday cards, gift cards, even envelopes with void checks have been stolen.

I dont have long wait times besides maybe the holidays. You can get your stamps/envelopes, money orders, send and receive items. I would recommend

Everytime i come to this post office, i get great service But something happened that completely changed my perspective on usps in Massachussetts. It was my babys second birthday and my parents sent him a birthday card with money in it. Some lowlife opened his letter and gift card and stole his money! How disgusting are people now a days? I hope whoever did this gets the karma they deserve ( to put it nicely). I put in a complaint (i waited an hour to talk to someone) and they said they would investigate and contact me with results in two days. All i got was an email saying, you need to call this other number . Out of frustration, i didnt....i work full time and have a child to care for, i dont have time to waste. Unfortunately, this isnt the only time this has happened... I sent my niece a birthday card with money and that was stolen as well. Usps, do a better job at monitoring your employees! One bad apple makes everybody look bad and untrustworthy.

A package I sent to Portland, Oregon, from Portland, Oregon, got sent to Chicopee, MA. I phoned to see what procedures would ensue to get the package back to the right recipient in Portland, OR. The man who helped explain the procedure to me was so helpful and clearly explained to me the return procedure. Thanks!
