AJ and Serenity at the Memorial Drive store in Chicopee were fantastic! They very attentively helped me put together some family photos for a funeral service and made the experience stress free and simple vs their competitors across the street. Very thankful they made things easier for us during this time. Highly recommend!

The pharmacy staff are some of the kindest people I've ever met. They were able to help me with an insurance issue that I wasn't prepared for, and have the smoothest hands when giving vaccinations. I'm super nervous around needles and the tech helped me feel so much better through the whole process.
