The pharmacy staff are some of the kindest people I've ever met. They were able to help me with an insurance issue that I wasn't prepared for, and have the smoothest hands when giving vaccinations. I'm super nervous around needles and the tech helped me feel so much better through the whole process.

I understand being short staffed but stopping to have a vent sesh about it to garner sympathy from your long line of customers has the opposite effect. I like this Walgreens, it is clean and well stocked but you need to have front end supervision because your colleagues are lacking professionalism and tact.
