I went to go buy Legos, it took someone 35 min just to come to the Lego to open the door. When I went to the electronics asked for assistance to open the door. The girl there stood on the phone and told me to go to customer service. Instead of helping, calling it in to have someone assisted me.

The Walmart store in Chicopee is poorly managed. This morning the door I enter the store in was locked even though it was after 6:15am. When I asked I was told they were understaffed. That’s a common excuse at that store. I have been there when there were no backs in the entire store when trying to check out. This was in the early morning hours. I go at that time to avoid the crowd, but instead I have to dodge employees doing customer shopping or stocking shelves. The customer doesn’t matter to these employees. It’s time to replace this inept management and instill in employees that the customer pays their wages and to show a little respect!
