I want to thank the Manager, Jessica at the Clinton MA location. I've been a customer with two units, there for two years. I've never had any issues. Until this weekend. The issue was water damage within the unit. However, I was very lucky nothing was damaged due to using plastic tubs. It was localized in one area. Jessica once I said something was up off her seat and camera in hand she investigated took many pictures and stated she would be in touch with a professional and the issues would be rectified in a timely manner. Jessica then immediately got me into a first floor unit with the same exact size and I was able to move my things right then with no waiting. She was so understanding and thoughtful. So I want to give a high five to the manager Jessica in the Clinton Branch you rock ???? Thank you Jessica.
