Just need to give a MASSIVE shout out to Renaldo Valdez for YEARS of unbelievably great work at this store. Always very positive, helpful, knowledgable and the biggest reason why I always came back to Autozone. He could answer any question, solve any problem, and always did it with a big smile on his face. The girl at the counter, I believe me it’s in the manager. It was very helpful and steered me in the right direction of what I needed for parts and put the order together. Nice job.

Average AutoZone location. Id suggest getting more customizable stuff for a range of products (better decals, vinyl, lighting, etc).

Went in for the $29 oil and fillter special. They don't have a cross - reference for the filters, so clerk looked it up. He grabs some oil and the filter, and said you get a free air filter. I took the deal - $45 at checkout. I could have gotten it done for me at JiffyLube for a couple buck more. They also had no bags, and the computer locked up so I had to wait 10 minutes for a receipt.

What’s the point of businesses offering services now a days if we have to do the job ourselves. Went to get my battery changed, paid, and had to get my money back because they said they couldn’t do it. Ended up changing my own battery at a Walmart parking lot.

Went there for a cabin filter, after getting home, I realized that the skinny kid behind the counter gave me the wrong one. I went back to get the right one, and that same kid looks it up on the computer and tells me that they don't have it.After refunding my money, he just walks away... no sorry, no nothing!Their customer service sucks!

Sold me a dead car battery. They should have tested it before I took it out of the store, IMO.Points to the store and the guy who took it back without a fuss, though. Two stars only because it was a multi hour waste of time to buy it, install, stress, then return it.
