first time at this place. I went for an inspection. The owner was rude and made condescending and sexist remarks. Even though I was sitting less than 10 feet from the garage, he refused to ask me to move a blanket and empty box from my back seat and did not inspect the rear seatbelts, but marked them as failed on the report. claimed cameras we're watching his every move but never checked them even though they were exposed. Also failed rear wiper without asking if I would like it replaced first. He said it streaked, but it was fine. Car is in excellent condition but he also failed tires. I felt he could have made the 10 ft walk to the waiting room to discuss these things before giving me a big red "R"! Won't go back...feels sleezy.

I needed a new sticker but lost my registration. asked a Toyota dealer what to do. got no help what so ever. called main street auto and got an answer of exactly what to do. will use them in the future from now on.

Chris and Jennifer are very friendly and they did the job just perfect. I got my 90 Miata trans & diff fluid changed and it was so quick. I asked for checking the valve cover gasket leak and Chris found that the o ring was leaking pretty bad and replaced it. They are honest business and they dont let you feel you are just a customer, but a member of the Miata community. I'll be back soon to get my valve cover gasket replaced and would post more info here if I have. Definitely excellent experience!

If you are looking to get your car fixed, I urge you to look elsewhere. These people are a scam and know nothing about cars. After looking at my car they said they "wouldn't touch it" and refused to fix any of the issues. They have a severe lack of knowledge for older vehicles. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Would give 0 stars if allowed

I have a 1991 Miata which was in need of shocks. I know the guy I bought it from had put in "special" shocks as he used to race it. It wasn't until Main St took a look did we understand how screwed up the "racing shock" installation had been. Main St Auto did a wonderful job putting it to rights and going out of their way to find me used parts to keep the price down. And they did a great job shining up the interior too! They are wonderful and so is their office manager/receptionist. :)

Chris squeezed me in last min to look at a used Camry I bought out of state. The guy is always beyond fair on anything him and the guys do for me. All star business in my eyes and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I found Main Street Auto on the “Click & Clack†web site. They do great work, at a good price. They do more then most shops I have used in the past. I would tell everyone to use only Main Street Auto.

I have been a customer for about a year now and I am completely satisfied by the quality of the work performed, the pricing and the communication. I don't mind traveling 60 miles to make sure these guys are the ones to do work on my 01 Miata. I am confident they will get it right every time. For a good price. Fast. If you get a chance - talk to Chris. Great guy, very good listener and will make sure to hear you out.

By far the worse place ever to have your car inspected! I had it reinspected and it passed not 5 hours after it was rejected for things like having a frame around the license plate in the back! Which by the way is the same frame that the dealer that I bought the car from in 2011 had on it! So for the pass seven years there has never been an issue with it! So again this is by far the most corrupt business I have ever been to! Fair warning to new customers that the folks at business will go out of their way to take your money and rip you off!

I was very pleased with this service garage. Bob and Chris took great care of me and my 2001 Miata SE. I travelled a couple hundred miles to have my Miata serviced at Main Street Automotive and it was well worth the time. They are very supportive of the Miata community and the discount for Mass Miata Club members is a great bonus considering their normal and reasonable hourly labour rate. I don't usually write reviews that are totally positive but in this instance I am pleased to share my experience as it is completely warranted.

These guys are great! I literally drive an hour to have them take care of all my Miata needs, but they are great guys overall with a great knowledge of all cars. I come here for work on my other cars also. Great, trusted service and very fair. I recommend them to everyone!
