Paul's Collision and Repair is listed as an MAPFRE insurance CAR EZ partner for collision / body repair, and was closest to me, so I used their shop to have some recent body work done on my 2010 Honda Civic. Terri and Alexis, the mother and daughter owners (RIP, Paul <3) were just so, so wonderful to work with. They know auto body inside and out, and were incredibly helpful through the entire repair, and insurance/rental car, process. They helped set up the rental, and even picked me up/dropped me off at home (pretty close by, but it was raining!). Not only that, but they also were really fun to chat with about all things auto repair, as I waited for the rental in their little lobby. I would highly recommend them for a quality, and very quick, job well done. :]

Alexis and Terri made this process so easy. From the first call to picking up the repaired car… everything went smoothly. Alexis organized the rent a car for me. Really appreciate their help. Highly recommend.

They helped fix my green jeep you see around town lol. It was seized up underneath and all messed up with a haunting code I couldn’t get to go away taking it to many places. For some reason Alexis and everyone here helped me with the process to make it easy and simple through insurance and everything. It was an amazing experience that I thought I would panic and cry through when I needed my car the most crucial point of my life due to things happening. She make it stress free talking to my insurance and always communicating with me knowing I was so worried. Thankyou so much!!
And the price, the quality…for my car…Thankyou! I recommend them for anything they can help you with!

Pauls collision did headlight replacement , side mirror replacement, and a dent repair on our Subaru forester. Overall it was a great experience, the quality of the work is flawless, and the customer service was great. They really kept on top of the insurance company and made sure they paid their fair share. My expectations were exceeded at every step of the process, and i will definitely be recommending pauls to my friends and family who need auto body repair.

Very impressed with the courteous and efficient staff, the quality of the repairs and the timely process at Paul's Collision Repair... not to mention the fair price for work done. Why go anywhere else for your car's bodywork?

The absolute best! I brought my Honda in for repair after a car accident and both Terri and Alexis could not have been kinder, helped more or exhibited greater professionalism. My car was repaired perfectly and cleaned to new when I picked it up. Even the headlights! I can't recommend this shop highly enough.

I just had a repair done on my CVR due to a hit and run. My husband and I were very happy with the service we received. The work was completed in a doable time span and the car came back clean and looking awesome. Also, the customer service from the ladies in the office were outstanding.
