“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS UPS STORE and the Great People there !! I’m there regularly for all kinds of reasons but usually doing Amazon Returns, Shipping or Printing. I can honestly say that regardless of the time of year (Busy Holidays Included!!) there is always an Extremely FRIENDLY, Calm and WELCOMING Atmosphere there.
It doesn’t matter what time of day you go or what you might need to get done, the Management and Staff will be able to handle it while being consistently very Helpful, Kind, Professional, Welcoming and Knowledgeable !! The Manager there is a Great Guy !!

“Monday late afternoon I was called into my boss's office telling me we needed to order the biggest banner possible for a group of 350 coming in on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m..
I went on line at Staples to try and do this on my own but couldn't, so I called the Staples in leominster and I spoke to a lovely woman in the printing department. She advised me to send her an email explaining what I needed exactly. I wasn't sure the email went through so I printed it and I dropped it off. I told her I needed this ASAP
She told me she would do her very best but couldn't guarantee they could have it done by Tuesday afternoon but definitely by 8:00 a.m. Wednesday.
On Tuesday I called because I had made an error on the banner (I needed to change the address from 99 to 34 not that big of a deal) they apologized and told me they couldn't do it because it was done and ready for me to pick up.
So I ordered this banner on Monday at 4:00 p.m. and it was done Tuesday morning...
This is the 3rd or fourth time Staples has saved my ass, I well now use them for all of my printing needs moving forward....”

“Usually, for no fault of the staff at Walgreens, every time I go to send an item out by dropping it off at FedEx On-site located within, the item is too large for them to accept. I wish FedEx could either make exceptions or be a little clearer on the specifications regarding what type/size/weight a package must be before I drive to an onsite location. I feel that maybe a short disclaimer on Google Maps, right above the hours of operation, like for example: "Packages larger than X" are not accepted.", would help to curb some of our disappointment in this scenario.”
“Huge shoutout to Colman and Taylor, who helped me through the most stressful situation of my life with figuring out how to send some important paperwork internationally and under a time crunch. I was able to use a computer there to generate an international return label with Taylor’s help, which would have been super complicated to do on my own. Colman went above and beyond to help me again when I had to go back a second time to re-create a commercial invoice.
