Worst customer service ever!! He did a terrible job and refused to make it any better after I showed him that all my shirts were still dirty , he was very rude !! VERY RUDE !! ?? Waist of money !!

The woman working there is nasty and rude. I picked up my dry cleaning to find a suit jacket missing. The man who took my clothing was there and not helpful. I dropped off 6 items and my receipt also said 6, but when i picked it up they changed the receipt to say 5 items and insisted I was not right. They did nothing to try to fix the problem and were very unprofessional yelling at me saying no no only 5. When I asked how come no one called me to let me know they only had 5 items and she said "I don't call everyone" it was just a terrible experience and I don't recommend this place unless you document everything item with photos. I've never experienced such poor service anywhere in Clinton.

Straight up lost my suit. I dropped it off for cleaning and when I came back, the owner said I had already picked it up. When I told him that is impossible he simply shrugged it off and told me to have a nice day.Find a different cleaner

Same problem as mentioned with one star reviews. I had a suit cleaned and pressed for my wedding. I don't usually clean new suits, but wanted to. Anywsy, got my suit and on the day of my wedding, I went to put my suit on and found the suit lining torn and the inner sleeve liner ripped. I wore it anyway, but brought it back.I spoke to the owner, a Chinese man, who was very rude and refused to take responsibility for the issue. I took it back to the tailor to fix and will never go back again. Avoid Sims.

I have been to this place a few times and never had any problems. They replaced a zipper for me on a hoodie and did a great job with that as well as the normal dry cleaning they do. The people who work there are friendly and do a good job getting the clothes cleaned up.

I unfortunately have to give Sims a bad review, and as a businesses owner myself, I don't take reviews lightly. I just started going to Sims about two months ago. I dropped off about 7 shirts a week and had alterations to a suite. A few weeks ago I bought a couple of new dress shirts, and wore them once before getting them cleaned at Sims. When I got them back and put one on, the cuff button crumbled as though it had been exposed to high heat. The button was rough and scratched my desk. I took the shirt back to Sims and asked them to fix it, as it was clear to me that the button was damaged by the dry cleaning process. The owner refused to take responsibility, claiming that the damage wasn't extensive enough to be his problem.
I am going to be going to one of the many other dry cleaners nearby for now on.
