“No big issues here. Desk agent was professional. The truck was a bit dirty inside but i took pictures and added it to notes they didn't charge me for it. The Silverado Chevy i rented with the 8ft bed for perfect for my needs and relatively easy to drive and connect my music to. Backup camera definitely helped”

I work in customer service myself and have for a long time. Everyone is always straight to the point but nice and helpful. I think this is what people really want over fluff.”

“I recently had to rent a power washer, and I wanted to share that my experience dealing with Monnick/Marlborough Grand Rental was excellent. I have been taking my equipment to them to get serviced, as well as buy necessary hardware supplies. Often times we overlook the smaller stores and go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). However, these guys are personable, friendly, willing to help, and they work with you to solve your problems. I will definitely go back here, and I do recommend them.”
“I personally don't know where the bad reviews are coming from, a bad place most likely. Get help. The workers at this location got me in a van and on with my day at the drop of a hat. With absolutely no notice I needed a moving van for a few hours work, they got me into a contract that gave me twice as much time as I needed and I paid less than estimated by me. My expectations more more than met. My experience with this location was top notch, keep up the great work. Thank you to the folks at U Haul I will not hesitate to employ their services in the future.”
“Good place to rent U-Haul. I have rented from here several times the past year as I drove 1 way trips from Boston to Phoenix and had no issues. Trucks are clean and low mileage and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I have moved to different states several times over the years and we are BIG fans of renting U-Haul vehicles from locations that have service shops where the trucks are serviced vs smaller locations where the U-Haul trucks are part of another side business. This facility is only U-Haul and has a service shop and storage locations and plenty of moving gear to support local or long distance moves. Also easy to get their trucks in and out of their facility for less experienced drivers who haven't driven larger trucks before.”
