“Everyone at this U-Haul location is amazing to work with. Kind, helpful & professional. I rent a lot of trucks for work from different locations and this one by far exceeds any U-Haul I've ever been to. The facility is clean, the trucks/ vans are spotless and upkept. “This location was great. There was an actual person there to help you and I got in and out quickly with a vehicle keys in hand using their app at some remote locations sucks. The app is difficult and it actually takes longer to rent vehicle so I'm giving five stars to the location that there's an actual human being at”

“I recently had to rent a power washer, and I wanted to share that my experience dealing with Monnick/Marlborough Grand Rental was excellent. I have been taking my equipment to them to get serviced, as well as buy necessary hardware supplies. Often times we overlook the smaller stores and go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). However, these guys are personable, friendly, willing to help, and they work with you to solve your problems. I will definitely go back here, and I do recommend them.”
