Very disappointed with the manager. Tried to purchase moving supplies at 10am. Myself and an employee were waiting for him to open up the store. I waited an additional 15 minutes; still a no-show.

Everybody is so helpful! Trucks are always clean and in good condition! Heard storage rates are reasonable with any size you need

I have used this location in the past and never had issues with them for U-Haul rentals however, today did not go well. I had a reservation for a 15' van that, I will admit I couldn't get through traffic and get my 5month old settled to go pick the unit up at 3:30pm. I got there at 4:50pm and my reservation was still on the app, I went inside only to be yelled at that my reservation was cancelled cause I was late and they gave my van out. No call, no cancelation notice. A U-Haul dispatcher later called at 7:20pm asking why I haven't picked up the 15' Van yet. They still showed I had an active Reservation. She apologized to me about the location and experience and that the reservation was not cancelled but she would go ahead and cancel it. The members at the Clinton location did get me a 10' Van at another location which I will make due. With everything going on, full time work, with a big move, buying a home and having a 5month old, I can't just drop everything and make a call especially when driving to a location I don't have stored in my phone. A call from someone sitting behind the desk looking at reservations wouldn't hurt to give a call and see if I still needed the Van. Like the nice lady on the phone from U-Haul dispatch said they should have done.

They’re very not personal and act like cyborgs following policy - I’m disabled from a car accident and have told them I can’t make it there to close the account and they said no you have to come here to do it or send someone. I don’t have anyone that can travel an hr and a half out of my way to do that for me. I told them the pass code to my unit and that I’m not paying them anymore and if they want to keep my account open that’s fine. If someone else does this for me I’d be happy. The unit number is 819 the code to the lock is S-H-R-N please CLOSE MY ACCOUNT UHAUL

We bought a 10×20 storage unit it states we have 48 hrs to clean out the unit they lied it really only 16-18 hrs you have not 48hrs will be contacting the better business bureau today,in Coop to file a compliment

I went to the Clinton location this morning for some moving supplies and had a great experience. Tammy greeted me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. In addition she saved me a lot of money by pointing out some free boxes another customer had returned which were exactly what I needed. The whole transaction was very positive and I would recommend Tammy and the Clinton location, from which we have previously rented vehicles from before, as well.

Rented a UHaul Monday evening for a couple hours. Was returning it after hours. Tried to return it multiple times on the app but my location was not found. I tried on both my iPhone and Android, toggling the location services on and off and got the same result. I tried calling for support at 1-800-UHAUL to no avail. I was there for 25 minutes trying to making this work.I left the key in the after hours box and called this location explaining why I was unable to return via the app/website and they are unwilling to refund the late fee charged to me for not using the website/app for returning the truck.
