“I’ve had nightmare dealings with car dealerships in the past but this was complete opposite. From walking in to then getting my vehicle it was a very positive experience. The communication has been top notch and the salesman, Zach, was extremely friendly, honest and very personable. The negotiation itself was the smoothest I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased the vehicle in MA but registered it in RI. I ended up meeting the “runner” at the DMV to swap cars which i found odd but even the runner was a great guy! I later spoke with who I believe was the sales manager as well who was very friendly once everything was squared away. I was driving down from NH to Western Mass and my muffler decided to become completely disconnected from the resonator right in the middle of the drive. Miles from home, the main mechanic here saw my situation and replaced both my resonator and my muffler in less than an hour and a half for a little over $800. (Tax included.) This guy is clearly honest, and if I didn’t live so far away from him, I’d probably go to him every time I needed work on my car.”
