I've shopped there many times and was always satisfied, but yesterday I was not. I'm still angry about it. I went in to have 4 keys made. The cashier called the man who did them. After giving him my key, he asked what it went to. A door, I said, wondering what difference did it make. Anyway he made the 4 keys with clearly the wrong blank. I went back to my store and they wouldn't even go in the lock. Went back and told them. He refunded my money. My point is, I wasted an hour, between traveling, waiting for them to be made and then having to return them, during a busy Saturday at my own business. Then I had to go to another hardware store to have them properly made. The key he used was shorter so the first 1/8 of the key wasn't even there.

I purchase paints and supplies at the Aubuchon Cohasset store on a regular basis. Cam is particularly helpful and goes above and beyond as does the entire staff. Highly recommend for your paint and supplies.
