“Hi, I hope you see this in time, but I as unable to leave a message. I asked my mother to return some packages yesterday and she accidentally returned the wrong ones. My name is Taylor Hartley and my name is on every package. Please do not send them back as I will be in tomorrow (Monday 3/10) to pick them back up. I will bring my ID and all Oder details. “I had been in the store when this woman came in. I have been coming to the store for a while. It is a beautiful family owned business . The young girl was assisting a customer and a woman started getting aggressive about the prices, as she needed to print something for an amazon box. She took up the whole counter. When the girl tried to tell her that she could tape it this time and next time to tape it she stormed out of the store. I feel really bad that they have to go through this treatment. Truly a great family owned business. Always go above and beyond!”
