About Sandy Beach
Sandy Beach is a beautiful, idyllic spot framed by rocky outcroppings on each side, offering a peaceful escape on hot summer days. It features rolling waves, a rugged stone embrace, and views of a lighthouse. The beach has a wooden-slatted fence, plenty of parking, and a well-maintained bathhouse with bathrooms and changing areas. Visitors can find restrooms and a refreshment stand serving snacks and drinks upon arrival. It is a private town beach requiring a Cohasset Sticker for parking, and parking passes are not available to non-residents. The beach is clean, suitable for families with young children who enjoy shallow water and sand digging. Some visitors mention seaweed on the beach, but overall, it is a lovely and well-maintained destination for a relaxing beach day.
Private beach with parking only for association members in season, but beautiful! Calm with beautiful surroundings.
