“I have been pretty happy with this carwash. The first time was a bit confusing as you are stopped and the wash system goes back and forth. The only issue is it doesn't tell you when it's done and to move forward - or it's not very clear so you can miss half your dry time. The price is more than fair and a nice discount on gas as well...I got stuck in the Littleton one this year ( my car got stuck on the track) so I only use this type of wash now.”

“Valet Pro Detail did an amazing job on my car! I got the super interior detailing with the vomit remediation add-on (due to a mishap that happened the weekend before). Not only did they make the interior look brand new like when I first bought it, but they even cleaned my gas cab for me and it looked like they even did something to the exterior to make it extra shiny. They did miss a spot near my seat belt though, but they were more than accommodating about having me come in the next day to get to that one spot. We're all humans and we make mistakes and sometimes miss things-- it's ok!On top of that, the customer service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. When I first dropped my car off, I was waiting for my Uber and they offered to drive me back to my apartment and even pick me up when my car was ready. Of course I already had my ride situated, but I really appreciate them making sure I was taken car of.I highly recommend Valet Pro Detail for any of your detailing needs and for the impeccable customer service!!!”

“My car got dinged in Market Basket at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Driving home I noticed a detail business right near me had activity. I got an appraisal AFTER 5 PM on a Friday and I brought the car in on Monday morning. Christian the son exceeded all expectations. I honestly thought we agreed on fixing the ding and doing a small interior job --the seats--but not only did he detail the outside, he detailed the inside. The car was ready Monday at 4 pm. I was blown away by how hard he worked. Worth every penny. I could not recommend them enough.”
“I had a car that was kept outside for 9 years so lots of accumulated dirt embedded everywhere inside and out. He was really thorough and the car looked like new. He loves cars and cares very much about the quality of work. I also appreciated that he was flexible in doing some minor paint work that other detailers would not. Even though it took him an extra hour or two, he was willing to stick with his original estimate. I did give him more as the car looked new. Quite amazing!”

“I contacted Dan and crew for a full interior detail after having let my car get a bit out of hand. Two small children and a number of other factors left my car dirtier than I would normally let it get and honestly I know it was bad. I asked for an appointment as quick as possible and was able to get one the next day. Dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up at the end of the work day. The owner Dan was so incredibly kind upon pickup and gave me follow up instructions on how to let the car and mats dry overnight. As for the detail, it was spotless. My car looks brand new on the inside, my husband and father in law have also commented similarly and are impressed. They were even able to remove some awful stains from the seats from my kids spilling juice and a smoothie. It looks like a child had never even set foot in the car. The price was really great for all of the work they put in. I was expecting to be charged much more for the seats and it was so reasonable. They even called after taking the time to review my car to make sure I would be okay with the price for the seats before moving forward. I will definitely be using them again!”

“Fast, fair, friendly, and affordable.I took my car in for rear brakes, and they were much cheaper than what I’d been quoted for at 3 other shops, almost 1/2 the price. They did them right then no wait so I just hung out. Richie and his employees go above and beyond to make sure everything is in safe working order, Richie even had Carlos check the front brakes. I saw Carlos spent extra time grinding everything down and so it would brake smoothly, and they did.A few months later, I thought I had a battery problem so I brought it in, and it was fine, Richie didn’t even charge me anything because it was ok, not many mechanics would do that.Would highly recommend this auto shop!
