We had mochas, cafe chai lattes, croissants, sandwiches in this quaint historic building. Great ambiance, friendly baristas, and even enjoyed a lively chat with a local. He helped my HS Sr. Think critically about his college bound choices. No decision was made, but maybe one step along the way. Thank you to the stranger for helping!

Love this cafe, the coffee, food, the service, people, and ambiente. But someone should occasionally look at the floor and vacuum the place. Several dust balls are floating around. Hence, only 4 stars.

I am a local Concord resident and real estate agent and we are so lucky to have Caffe Nero in our town. I am always looking for locations for business meetings and what I love about Caffe Nero is that they have a back room with a fireplace and lots of seating. They offer both tables and seats with a side table for your drinks. If you are in Concord for a meet up then I highly recommend Caffe Nero.

Cramped space, limited seating. crowded, line almost out the door. Staff was very disorganized. Couldn't combine orders when me and my coworker ordered from two different staff and attitude-y and seemed annoyed when we said we ordered from different people.Ordered 2 sandwiches (turkey and eggplant), got the eggplant semi quickly, didn't give a receipt. after 30m of waiting went back up only to find they only charged for the turkey Sandwich...Which we never ended up getting.Coffee wasnt bad, food ...can't say never got it.

I don't frequent national chains often, but I make an exception for Nero. It's a great atmosphere to warm up, relax, chat, or study. Their craft drinks like the Matcha Latte, and loyalty cards are great as well, and the staff are quite attentive to your requests and needs. There's also ample street parking, or parking in the lot across the street.

The food and the atmosphere is great. I'm a big fan of Cafe Nero's in general. In this particular store however, the staff is really aloof. For example, if you need to pop in for a morning coffee be prepared to wait 30+min with 1 person ahead of you in line. On my most recent visit I was the only one in line and 3 separate staff members walked by with their eyes down, either checking their cellphones or whipping down counters. I actively said "good morning" to get their attention. I get it, there is a lull in time, we all need breaks - however the simple acknowledgment that you have a customer, like - "Hi, be right with you" would be fine. This is the 3rd time I have had this experience, and have had to turn around and walk out several times due to the lack of attentiveness from the staff. It would be nice if the staff just acknowledged humans in line.

Cozy Euro-style coffee shop in a large vintage inspired space, with something on the menu for everyone. Solid cortado, unusual but flaky kouign-amann. Wide coffee beverage and selection overall, and the baguette sandwiches look fabulous. Line was long and a bit slow when I arrived but was in no rush. The shop has some large tables to accommodate bigger groups and I even saw folks with dogs.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for strollers and little ones, and good snacks like bowls of grapes in a cooler for purchase.

The coziest place to grab a coffee and yummy pastry. We come here a lot and it’s my favorite cold brew. The kids love the blueberry muffins and banana bread. I love the variety of food options (for breakfast and lunch) and the staff are friendly and efficient.Parking: There’s a lot behind and in front of Caffe Nero but it’s a little walk to get to the front entrance. Street parking is the best bet usually and it’s not an issue most of the time.

The macaroons tasted OK that's about it. Everything else was a beat and switch you saw it in the case but the piece you actually get is a lot smaller very disappointing. I just spent $35 and that's how we get treated. I got the small slice of pistachio cake in the baguette sandwich wasn't as big as it was in the case and my girl cheese slid into each other.
