My two year old got her first leotard and ballet shoes here. The owner, Linda, was so helpful with ensuring that we bought the right fitting outfit for her class that is starting soon! Linda was very patient and kind with us and we cannot wait to return year after year. She made such a wonderful experience for my daughter that my daughter came home and showed her dad the dance things that we bought and said, "I love it". Thank you!

We had an incredibly positive experience with Alena and the whole team at Dance This Way! My daughter needed to be refit for her pointe shoes after a horrible experience at a different store in the area. Alena took her time to find the right shoes for my daughter and did so in the most positive and fun way. We will definitely return for all of our dance needs and highly recommend Dance This Way-- 5 stars isn't enough!

This was a somewhat disappointing experience - we have been looking for a great pointe shoe fitter in the greater Boston area and from what we gathered “Alena at Dance this way is the pointe shoe fitting whisperer/ wizard/ the best!”
We did book our appointment and confirmation said it was with her. We showed up 15 min early and waited and while everyone at the store was incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming my daughter was not fitted by her. She was there but had another customer and so someone else worked with my daughter. The other person was an incredibly kind and lovely young lady. No complaints there at all. But I can’t help being very disappointed coming all the way to the store for our booked appointment with the best shoe fitter in MA and not be seen by the her specially because “the only reason” we went to the store was her being the best.

My daughter fitted her pointe shoes here. Alena is the best and picked the best and comfortable shoes for her. Booking appt was also easy and she helped us to fit in last one on Sat even after the close time upon urgent request.

Poorly run operation. They sent multiple appointment confirmations (including the day of) only to arrive and find out that the appointment was canceled. Understandable that things happen but have the courtesy to call and not waste people’s time. To top it all off they sent a feedback form thanking us for the appointment (which never happened) and when we provided feedback about addressing their automated reminders, the owner personally responds with a rude, condescending email. So much for customer service.

I've shopped at Dance This Way a couple of times for my daughters' dance clothes and received decent customer service and nice quality products. However, twice now I have visited the store during the time that yelp and their voicemail says it is supposed to be open, but it has been closed. There's a paper sign on the door that has different hours. I'm all for flexible store hours, but please please please update your store hours in the places that somebody who isn't already at the store can see before they drive out to Concord.

Great pointe shoe fitting! We have been to many places and spent hours and hours only to walk out with the wrong shoe. At the recommendation of a few friends, we tried Dance this Way and Alena was so knowledgeable it took a fraction of the time to find the perfect fit. My daughter is so happy to have found Dance this Way for future pointe shoe needs.

I had a great experience this afternoon. I took my 4 year old daughter to get her first ever ballerina outfit. The woman cashing folks out, whom I assume to be the owner, showed us everything we needed, measured my daughter and helped us pick out the perfect outfit. Despite the store being packed, she made us feel like the only ones there and she was so kind to my daughter throughout. We will most definitely be back. You can tell this is a small business owner who really cares about her customers and has a passion for what she does. We'll be back!

What a great business. I love the huge selection of great dancewear and shoes in this store. If you are looking for a real professional fitting of any dance shoe and especially a pointe shoe, this is the best place to be!!!
