Bad information - even contradicted several specialists! Her English is difficult to understand. Emerson must be really short handed!

One star is too high. It appears I am a victim of foul play by a nurse in the ER back in December 2023 and I am still suffering from it. Called Patient Advocacy several times and never got a call back. I will leave it here at this time.

Very long waits. Waited over 4 hours in waiting room before seen for a potential serious injury to my wife’s leg. She was in a lot of pain but no help provided during extreme long wait.The waiting room was full of people waiting. My suggestion is try Framingham or Newton W.
