The information on Google/Apple maps as well as the sign on the store says open “Sundays 11am -4pm”, however, there have been more than one Sundays when I tried going to the store around 2pm and it was closed! It is very irresponsible to manage a store in this manner.

Great selection of goods in this children's store. A lot to choose from and to shop through. A bit more expensive than I was looking for but the quality was top notch. Friendly staff.

Cute clothing but very expensive for children. Very rude staff. Never greeted me when I came in, never asked if I needed help, short with me at the cash register. It actually made me buy less than I wanted too. I didn’t want to give them my money.

This place has really great stuff but the people employed here are useless. Ask them for help and they just point you to a spot. They have no idea what the inventory is or where items are. Its too bad because the store itself is very nice. Theres a lot of potential there

I went in to shop for a birthday gift for my niece and nephew. Beautiful store, high quality merchandise, friendly and very helpful staff. They guided me to find the right gifts in a short period of time. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

I recently received some gifts for my child from this store. Lovely items, but some were too small. I worked with the owner to do an exchange via email. She was prompt, responsive, and easy to work with. Great clothing choices and great service!

My husband and I went into this store recently, and unfortunately waited a long 20 minutes to get some help. We also never got a simple hello, and the 2 women that were working looked right at us point blank, and never said hello. It was so rude and I spoke to the owner on the phone, and she made up so many excuses about these 2 women all of which was hogwash and crap. If you cannot say hello to your customers especially when no one was in the store, then we don't want to ever buy anything from this store. As a Massachusetts resident, I get why out of towners say we are rude especially in Concord, Massachusetts. People - have manners and greet your customers with kindness. A hello goes a long way in retail.
