“I’ve have rarely experienced such warm and genuine customer care. I brought my mother’s 30+ year old machine in for restoration and they did a superb job! Then I set my sites on making a couple of baby blankets. Jill, the owner spent at least an hour of her time on her day off to set me up for success. I hope to make her proud of me and my efforts. I’ll be back again and again. You should too.”
“This is a great little shop. Comics, pokemon, magic, dnd. Even has private rooms for table Top games. Dude I meet was wicked friendly. I wished it was closer to me.”

“I would LOVE to give a positive review to this place, as it is a small business and local to where I often need party supplies! I have tried to place orders with them twice - today and a year ago - for large orders of balloons (the first time was a bouquet delivery, and this time is for a large arch). Balloon arches are very pricey ($250 + $100 deposit + $20 delivery fee), but I am happy to support small businesses rather than the big corps, like Party City, etc. Unfortunately, Sugar Snap has been unable to accommodate either request for me! So disappointing! Sadly, they are not open Mondays and could not accommodate a balloon arch order I need for a Tuesday in two weeks because they open at 10am on Tuesdays. Again, I wish I could give you my business, but you have not been open when I need your services! Perhaps you would consider paying someone to come in an hour early to fulfill $300 orders? I know that times are tough and people don't want to work, but I'm sorry I could not order from you! :( I will try again, though!”
“You can’t just go here once, inventory is always stocked, so much to see, and a lot of fun going back in time. Store is always clean and organized, staff and owner are really great people!”
“Great experience. I wanted to sell some old coins but knew very little about this market. Keith explained what I had, how the market works, and how value was determined for my different items. He even recommended I wait or try another place for one of my items, stating I might do better for that particular piece elsewhere. Very positive experience and a relief to have someone educate and guide me through the process.”
“I have been going to Baystate for many years. Both Simon and Tom are so informative and helpful. Best prices around, legit hobby boxes from fresh cases. This LCS is for the true collectors.”
“The owner, Harvey, is a delightful person to meet, with a passion and deep knowledge for coins. I had a great experience selling him some hand-me-down coins. Lovely customer service & seamless experience.”
“Amazing selection, good prices, super friendly staff. I have not yet had the pleasure of playing in a tournament here yet but you bet your tushy I will be very soon!
I'm a casual edh player, and each time i've dropped in to pick up a few singles that NO WHERE ELSE IN THE AREA HAD! THEY HAD IT!
10/10.”
“First went to Batter Up in the late 90s back when I was a kid, and they were in the smaller location across the street. Same guys/family still own it, and are always very friendly & helpful. Great selection of sports cards, memorabilia, TCGs like Pokémon, products like sleeves/top loaders/binders, etc. Highly recommend anyone who's in the area, and interested to check em out!”
