“I moved to Framingham a few months ago and needed an inspection sticker for my car. I read raves about Murphy’s online and decided to go there. The sticker process went smoothly, but most important was the conversation I had with the guy who’d done the inspection. He said he’d worked for other auto repair shops, but none had treated him as well as Murphy’s. That was all I needed to know.
My car needed some scheduled maintenance, so I called and scheduled an appointment. I dropped the car off this morning at 8. A couple of hours later, Joe called me with the details of the work to be done, along with an estimated price. I gave him the go-ahead, and at 1:30 he called to say the car was ready.
Great experience, and I’ll definitely return.”

“I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”

“Marvin N. was prompt in showing up and quickly dealt with my battery problem. While he ran the battery test, he explained how to avoid the problem in the future, including what wrench to use, how to cover the terminal to prevent other problems, etc. He changed the battery after reminding me it was under warranty, so I had a better performing battery in ten minutes or so—all before the rest of my family had even woken up.

“I had my motorcycle towed from my old apartment complex because the person who was supposed to buy it never picked up (which I did not know). Unlike most towing companies, Negoshian actually reached out to let me know what happened. I unfortunately had moved out of state and wasn’t able to come home. Kelly was BEYOND amazing and incredibly sweet and professional! She offered to take it off my hands if I sent the title and took off a ton of the charges with towing it. She took away so much stress and it was such an easy, simple process.
Look, I’ve had cars towed before and I know it sucks. Stuff happens. But this is by far the most reasonable and nicest towing company I have dealt with living in and outside of Boston. Don’t take it out on them for doing their job. They went above and beyond to try and help me when it came to a tricky situation and made costs totally reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about an experience that could have been a nightmare.”
