“I had already done a great deal of research on the type of car and the price when I discovered a great match at Waltham Auto Gallery. I met Chris when I arrived to look at the car. Despite knowing I was very interested in the Kia Sorento on their lot, he was very friend and laid-back throughout the process, never applying any of the cliche high-pressure tactics one expects to encounter when buying a car.
We were able to reach an agreement quickly but I still needed to make up my mind on several minor part of our deal. Chris was very patient and cooperative as I made my decisions regarding those details and we drew up the final paperwork. From there they were able to take care of all the RMV paperwork and have me in my car within several days.

When I moved away from Newton, I was legitimately terrified of trying to find anywhere that was even half as good as these guys. He found one that matched the description perfectly, within the price window, and within a week I was trading in my old car and purchasing the car I have now, which I absolutely adore.

“Just had my whole brake system fixed by Clayton and Josh (a father-son duo) at Absolute Auto and I couldn’t be happier. While working on the brakes, Clayton noticed my tires needed rotating and balancing, so he just went ahead and did it—no extra hassle. He also checked my oil and topped it off. My brakes are silent now, the car stops great, and overall it drives and sounds way better. These guys do fantastic work, they’re honest, didn’t overcharge me, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend if you need a car mechanic.”

“I was in a fender bender last month and my insurance company has a plan with A Plus Autobody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They reached out right away to schedule the service, sent the bills straight to the insurance company and even allowed me to drop my rental (Hertz) there when my car was ready.
The staff was professional, friendly and courteous throughout the process. They kept me informed about the schedule and got it back to me 4 days before the promised date. My car was beautiful when I picked it up: inside and out!

“I bought a very clean 2001 Ford F-150 from Ric. From the start he was a really helpful good guy. He helped me work through the RMV website for an unrelated issue that he had knowledge of the subject. As it was on older truck it was bound to have a problem or two. He was incredibly helpful and timely repairing the trucks check engine light and an issue with the power steering. I appreciate his attitude and responsiveness. “I had some trouble with my car (2003 Mercedes C240) not starting this week, it wasn't the battery and I couldn't figure it out on my own so I had it towed to Village European. They were very helpful and updated me throughout the diagnosis process via text (explaining what was wrong, providing cost estimates, etc). They had parts ordered and the repair complete within 1.5 business days which was awesome - I would highly recommend Village European.”
