Rudest guy. Just wanted some help. He gave a terse answer and hung up the phone. Also, he sounded impatient. He’s hired for a reason. Wow customer service is bad here.

My wife walked into the PO to buy a padded envelope only to be told by a rude employee that “ I close at 4.45pm because I came in early” and then to be told by the second employee that it is one minute to five yet the clock stated 4 minutes to five and reluctantly served her. Shocking to say the least considering the PO closes at 5pm. These employees should take leave and be trained on how to treat customers.

I came into the post office to mail a package and the person working took the time to let me know that I could spend less, half, and repackage my item. He took time to show me the box and offered to tape it. I appreciate his attention to detail.
